Easy to key, several good videos online explaining how to do it yourself. No need to take it to the dealer or locksmith, just take it slow and be patient. You need to get it right the first time, no do-overs.

I watched the video twice through and the project was pretty easy. The locking Mopar cap is the good quality you'd expect. Two little hints: I decided I was going to be the clever guy and use my expensive Dumont watchmaker's tweezers to manipulate the little springs. Guess what? Not good. The tweezer tips are a little too fine and the springs were jumping all over the place. With a little practice and a delicate touch using your fingers works just fine to place the springs. Also once in a while you'll check a pin in the cylinder and it's very close to flush on one side but NOT the correct one. If you check both sides of the cylinder it becomes pretty obvious when you have the correct pin. It will be seated smack in the middle of the cylinder.
