Received the locking gas cap a little over a month after ordering. I had checked with Quadratec after a month and their customer service checked into the order and it was subsequently mailed in a day or two. Not sure why the delay. Service was great. Upon receipt, I watched the video that Rob had created. The video was excellent and easy to follow. I had no issues installing the lock parts and keying it to my vehicle. Would definitely purchase again. I also found the same part cheaper from another vender and am putting Quadratec to their price match guarantee.

Easy setup and install. Operates well. Just follow the very self explanatory video, and you’ll be fine. Looks harder than it really is.

Very happy with this product. The Jeep dealer didn't have it in stock and said it is necessary to take the part to a locksmith. Watch the video for assembly. It may by one of the best and informative videos I have seen. I have no training. After watching the video it took me 20 minuets to fully assemble the gas cap.

Great Video, Very helpful. Just follow the instructions and it goes smoothly. I watched the video all the way through without doing anything, and then went back through and assembled the lock. Very easy. Good luck!

Just follow the video precisely. Watch it once without taking the steps of putting the lock together. Then the second time around apply the steps as shown on the video. Very well explained!! At $4.00 a gallon plus peace of mind well worth it.

I was a little nervous about setting up the lock with my key, but following the instructional video provided on this website made it super easy. Happy with the purcase.
