Installation was easy. Getting the old ones off is another store. Can out great in the end though.

Easy to install, looks way better then factory. And a lot stronger, it does help to have skinny fingers. I paired it with the Mopar hood lock to help keep the hood down and safe.

This is a very well-constructed product, from the actual part to the packaging it came in. I spent about a half hour on installation, including adjustments and figuring out the one little step missing from the instructions.

To install the bracket on the fender, you will need to remove the grille. This added a whole 2 minutes to the job, but it made it possible for me to fit a 10MM socket behind the headlights to loosen the bolt. Since the new bracket has a hex head on the outside, installation was very simple. Despite this extra step, it wasn't enough for me to remove a star from my review.

And, as always, Quadratec's service is unmatched and the part arrived by the next day!

These are just the ticket for keeping the front hood from dancing and shimmying in a cross wind. Well made and easy to install, but a bit pricey for what they are.

Great upgrade for the Jeep. It helps keep the hood from wanting to float around when driving. I feel safe knowing the hood won't come loose when passing semis on the highway.
