I need to replace the "hood bumper" that are removed from the factory hood clamp that is performed in step 2 of the instructions. Has anyone had any luck with a place that has this small part?
Sorry we do not. The most affordable way to get one would currently with the replacement catch component that Crown offers. See the following link. Hood Catch Replacement Strap. Sorry we cannot get the smaller piece as Jeep does not separately service that from the strap and catch. Thanks for your inquiry.

Doe the textured black have that gritty sandpaper finish? I have a light texture Smittybilt bumper and was wondering which would be most similar to that.
Its is a fine texture, not gritty. To compare to sandpaper this texture would be closer to a 500 grit paper.

The photos of this product show all black, including the bolts and screw. However, when I tried to order my only choice for black was with the silver bolts/screw. Is there a way to get all parts in black? Thanks.
The textured black version comes with black hardware.
