I agree with the other comments about difficult installation. The sliding pieces are really difficult to line up, and the pre-drilled screw holes are painted over. I used a tap set and still couldn't get them mounted without stripping the bolts. Went with the GoRhino D20 and WOW what a difference, 20 minutes and both sides were installed. Quadratec customer service was amazing, handled everything with the exchange. Thanks!

I received only the steps. No instructions, no hardware. Nothing else. I tried for WEEKS (Dec 4 -26) to get assistance from Quadratec but they were totally inept. They never followed up to give me any updates. They never pressed Go Rhino to get them to overnight the hardware, and as a result I cancelled my order. Quadratec has lost a very loyal customer and I will let others know of my experience. Rating should be ZERO.

Very frustrating install. I found it impossible to install the brackets and then attach the steps to the brackets. There is nothing to hold the nut plates in place inside the step, the nut plates are heavy and they quickly slide out of place, and there was paint inside the nuts.

I ended up attaching the front and rear brackets to the steps and installing that assembly as one piece. I struggled for about thirty minutes to attach each of the center nut plates because the bolts just wouldn't go into the painted nuts.

I regret purchasing this.

They look great, but the first order was damage with deep scratches. Quadratec service was excellent and sent out another set. The second set was also damage with scratches so I’m done with Go Rhino, but will continue to shop with Quadratec.
