This is a great top. It is best to use the video to install as the written instructions misleading info. There were two screws that could not be installed (Section 15, in Bow #3), as they required a pre-threaded hole or a self-tapping screw. Also, there were two holes that were 1/4" out of center alignment that required reaming out the plastic to install the two screws (Section 5, left underside).

I purchased the Bestop NX Glide in black diamond for my 2010 JKU in January when Quadratec had an excellent sale on them, I finally had time (and good weather) to install it this past weekend. The installation was challenging as the directions/photos were a little ambiguous but referring to the installation video helped a lot. Note: make sure the side bows are installed correctly before applying the foam seals because they only go on once. Thankfully, the excellent folks at Bestop let me know they will send out a complimentary set of seals. It took me combined time about 5 hours to install it. Two other challenges were a few of the pre-drilled screw holes in the rear bow were just too small for the screws so those had to be opened up a little with the next size drill bit -and- the tailgate bar with the rear window attached was very difficult to pop into place but a touch of liquid soap allowed it to slide in and now a couple days later it is much easier to snap into place. I have to say this is a high quality top, Bestop and Quadratec have both been great to work with and although installation was a little frustrating at times, the result is a very well fitting top that holds it shape at highway speeds. I sprayed high pressure water at it and there were zero leaks. Now in a few days I hope to use the sun-rider and full convertible modes. You won't be disappointed.

Wow! What a project. Took all of 5 hours. That's including dragging all of the parts from the basement and removing the hard top. Did the install along with the video on YouTube. Gave up on the paper instructions. Top looks great and can't wait to really enjoy the full benefits of the top.
Road tested at 60mph and had no flapping and no excessive wind noise. Great product. Only 4 stars because of the difficulty.

All in all not a bad top. I am in love with the new look it gave my Rubicon. I can only say 4 stars because of the issues I had. Some of the directions read confusing and lead to a couple of things being taken apart and reassembled. The holes for the stay strap are a pain. Be careful not to break a screw off because there is no room for boo-boos and dang sure no extra screws. I get what another reviewer meant about it dumping water on you and I have a leak at back passenger door. Though that may be operator/installer error. To close on a good note, everything fit super well and I did most of the install myself so it IS achievable as a one-person job. So far I am loving the zipperless as the top on my husband's has zippers and holy smokes! The mesh pockets are super handy.

My son in law and I installed this yesterday on my jeep, it was much easier than I expected. It only took us 2 1/2 hours to remove the hardtop and install the new one. I did however, watch a couple videos on how to install before doing it. It really helped to make me familiar with all of the parts. I love the look, it was like getting a new vehicle with an almost free price tag. I can't give 5 stars yet because i haven't really tested it out yet. One thing I don't like already is how hard it is to put the top back and then bring it back into place, I wish there was a strap to pull to help with that, maybe I tightened the screws too much? Anyway, amazing top and fantastic price. I feel like I got more than what I paid for.

I like the top a lot. There are a few minor issues. The windows on the sides and back didn't line up as well as I would have hoped. They fit, and have stayed tight even at well, lets just say high speeds. When folding back the top for open air cruising, be extremely careful where you place your hands. Getting pinched there is very painful (from experience).

had to send the 1st top back . Great customer service. The 2nd top fit great but the foam pads for the header were missing. Hope they answer me back soon. The top is so easy to operate.

I love this top. Looks great, and the sun rider option is so easy. Not having zips in the back panels is also great - they are easy to get on or off. They were super tight to begin with but have loosened just enough to make install easy but still taught and no flapping. I would like to see some storage options for the rear panels when they aren't being used. Similarly, optional winter storage for the top would also be really valuable for those of us that also have a hard top.

This top looks great and is very functional and easy to use, however, the installation was not easy! Took many hours to get it assembled and then the front latches wouldn't latch. Finally got it to latch the following day. Be prepared to be patient with the installation process. There is a great video on YouTube to follow step by step instructions. We found it after the fact.
