Ok, I normally don't do reviews on products, but I have to make an exception in this case. My daughter and I have been working on a TJ together for her and decided to put these steps on her jeep. First of all the fit and finish was awesome.

Now the most important thing and why I am taking the time to do this review. Last week, my daughter was broadsided going through an intersection. The car made a direct impact into the side step. Well her jeep got pushed around a little bit but the other car barely hit the door. Only enough to mar up the clear coat and fender flares. The jeep took a second hit into her front wheel and damaged the wheel and a lot of the suspension. That's how hard the impact was to her Jeep. The other car lost a bit of its front end. Anyways, had the steps not been there I know the outcome would have been a lot different. Thank you Quadratic for making a high quality product and helping to protect my kid. By the way, the step itself took some damage when it absorbed the impact. The step lost some of the textured powder coat and and it flattened a little bit of the outside tube. Before the car is put back on the road the first thing we will do is put a new QRC side step on. Thanks again, Quadratic from a grateful parent!!

Look great and easy to install. If you are looking to get a set of these or any other frame mounted steps or armors I would suggest investing in an impact drill. Makes the process much smoother when you need to drive self-tapping bolts into the frame.

These are just what I was looking for. Wide and long step area. The installation tips from other reviews were very helpful. The time to install was a lot longer than suggested. With the jeep on a hoist and all the tools laid out it was well over a two hour job. Looking forward to many years with these step.

Fit was good. Best to drill then tap the holes when installing. Quite strong when properly installed. Look good too!

Had rusty frame repaired, bought the side armor steps and did not like the idea of the small bolts to attach them. Had them welded on, I am totally satisfied with them, good price great quality. Just like every product I have purchased from Quadratec. You can't go wrong with this company.

great fit, quality product, fit and finish is exactly what I wanted. installed on a 99" sport with 35"s and my only issue was that the frame was harder than the self tapers included with the kit. I had read that might be an issue so I had a tap standing by to pre tap holes. It was easy as pie. would recommend an assistant to at least help with alignment and hold up during the marking of the holes. Two full hrs start to finish. love um.
