They seem very durable and solid. I also opted to drill and self tap the holes instead of using their self tapping screws which could be hard due to some of the angles you will be drilling at. Also it would be nice in the directions if they had a measurement from the support brackets on the frame to where you should drill the holes on the rocker guards.

These things are great! Mine came with grade 8 bolts! Three guys, an hour and a half to install. The only problem we had was dull/broken drill bits. Get a good set of metal bits, follow the instructions and you should have no problems!

Exactly what I was looking for. Really heavy duty. Perfect for my Jeep.

Love them and they look great. Took about 2hrs to put on. Some tips. Using two people helps a ton. Use jack stands to hold on place when marking and mounting. Use a center punch to set the start for the drill. Using the correct drill bit makes this way easier.
We used a Dewalt cobalt drill bit with a pilot point and it went in like butter. Impact drivers to get the self tapping bolts in. Best to do these once before trying to do it with the rails.
One rail we got would not sit flat once one side was flat which made marking the holes to be drilled a pain. Best to do one bolt on one side then push the rail in to mark the other side. Once everything is drilled out and ready to go start one side but don’t tighten on down. This gives the other side play so you can get it down.
They look great and are very sturdy.

Love the QRC side armor steps. Great fit, function and look on our lifted 92 YJ. Highly recommend this product & doing business with Quadratec
