MBRP XP Series "Off Road" Cat Back Exhaust System Reviews
I replaced the factory exhaust/muffler with this MBRP XP Series on a new to me 2007 Jeep JKU. Instaling this product was a breeze after the old parts were removed. I am happy with the results. It is clearly louder and sounds better.
Removing the old muffler/exhaust was a huge pain due to rust. I was able to do everything in my driveway. I did end up cutting some of the old system parts to remove it more quickly after other methods proved to be extremely difficult.
I have a "new" rattle noise when accelerating from 1st to 2nd but I suspect I will figure that out soon. It is likely I need to tighten a bolt or two but it could also be a heat shield I knocked loose during installation. A minor concern, absolutely not an issue caused by the new gear.
Excellent kit, easy to install and the sound is great, I gave it a 4 star because I had a clamp break before it sealed a leak.
