On my 2006 LJ, not many options to choose from, but better HP with increased gas mileage is great. I run the "Performance 91" program. I just recently noticed my car wasn't running the same, I used the diagnostics side, nothing was noted wrong. I decided to look for a Program Update and there was one. Re-programmed with the new version and back to running perfectly again.
Of note, I also run a K&N Air Intake.

I have a manual 6 speed will this work? I don't want to change the gears every time change tire size
Yes, this will work for a manual transmission. However, some functions are only available for automatic transmissions.

For Tj 2000 if I make ratio upgrade fro 3.70 to 4.56 and 33 inch tires will help this reprogramming computer on Tj or is there any other way to reprogram the Tj computer?

Sorry, but the gear ratio correction feature is for JK models only. TJ speedometer correction should be done via a speedometer gear. Thanks for your inquiry.

Can you use this to view live data while driving? Like a gauge cluster? If not what tuner works as a gauge cluster for live data that can be plugged into OBDII port in am XJ? thanks
No, it cannot. Unfortunately the Traildash programmer that offers live data feedback is not offered for Cherokee models. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your inquiry.
