I installed this yesterday, it came with the gasket and a fuel filter. Remember to calibrate it before installation using an electrical tester that has ohms capabilities. If you are using an aftermarket tank you may have to lengthen the float arm and fuel pickup. Gauge works as it should.

Excellent value. Sturdy construction, perfect fit. Tabs to adjust float travel limit bend easily without worry of breakage. (10 ohms for full, 73 for empty in standard CJ tank with factory gauge). Thumbs up!
