Does this mount the 15 gallon MTS tank to a skid plate which you then bolt into the vehicle or does this attach the poly tank directly to the vehicle then a skid plate is bolted beneath it for protection??
It is the top strap and per MTS it is bent and contoured to the tank you are fitting as long as 72-90 with and 15 gallon OE or Plastic MTS fuel tank. It replaces OE 5356651 and will mount like the OE as well. Thanks for your inquiry.
