These shocks are smooth, similar to the stock feel. I like them much better than harsh gas charged shocks.

what difference Item No: 16116-0036?
16116-0036 is the front applications for 6-8" of lift. This 16116-0037 model is the rear application. Thanks for your inquiry.

Can this hydro 7.0 shock be mounted upside down? If not how about the nitro 8.0?
No. Twin tube shocks should mounted right side up. Hydro and Nitro are both twin tube in construction and should not be mounted upside down. Thanks for your inquiry.
