not too stiff not too soft, pretty good ride better than the old stock and skyjackers. I bought the 4 pack (but 3 get 1 free) they sent 3 rear on front, called support the guy was very helpful and sent replacement shock overnight. Excellent customer support!

Does this include the metal piece that goes in the bottom bushing to bolt it to the axle? Does it include bolts as well?
