mated with a solid, induction hardened steel chrome plated and polished shaft, machined valving components and
highest quality seals. Combined with extreme attention to detail, Bilstein provides you with the closest thing to a hand
built shock available today. Conventional shocks slowly lose efficiency and eventually fail over a period of time causing

Great ride, better than new. The passenger front position is a little frustrating but, if you've worked on anything before, you can do it. The other three are super easy. The boot does bunch up on stock ride height. Cut off ziptie pull it down to suit your liking, put on a new ziptie.
I recommend these, not just because they are a deal. They truly are very good.

These shocks give such a great ride and feel when driving that my 11 year old asked if I did something to the jeep. Smooths out the ride!

My OEM shocks were pretty much completely gone by the time I reached 75,000 miles, so it was time for a replacement. I chose these Bilsteins, since I am familiar with the company, and knew they would be quality shocks. Installed by dealership, together with levelling kit.

can you get black boots for these shocks?

Am I correct in assuming that these shocks will work with a JK on a 2” spacer lift without the use of any shock extensions?
Yes. Stock, with a leveling kit or up to two inch spacers are all compatible for use with these highly versatile and comfortable shocks that perform great both on road and on uncertain terrain. No shock extensions are needed. Thanks for your inquiry.

I'm looking for a set of shocks front and rear for 2099 Jeep wrangler x. I like the Bilstein but was wondering if they come in different colors then the yellow and blue

Not this model of shock. For 2-3.5" of lift they offer a silver color shock body. They are not compatible with stock model Jeeps though. Thanks for your inquiry.
