Rancho RS9000XL Series Rear Shock Absorber Reviews
Outstanding quality and performance
I will never set up another 4x4 without adjustable shocks! I bought these shock based on Overland Journal rating them #1 in their shock test. I have had them on the vehicle for over two year have done technical trail in Death Valley, Sedona, Vermont Overland rally and many more local trips. Run them on the beaches in the Outer banks of North Carolina, Done 500 miles of dirt road on the Trans Labrador Highway and they just work! I set them soft for slow trails, dial them up for the long highway part of the trip. If you're trying to decide buy these!
I like them on level 9 all the way around because it makes back roads and rough spots in my long gravel driveway very manageable and isn't too stiff for good road. If I lived in an area with good roads everywhere then I would run them on 6 or 7 for a plush ride. Level 1 is worse than the worn out stock shocks that I took off.
