I just ordered this and I’m excited to receive and install it. I see in the instructions there is a brake light bracket mount with instructions for the install. Is there also a way to mount a license plate illuminating light? I would like to relocate my license plate to this mount but it’s required to illuminate your rear plate and this will be on a daily driver for me. If this kit doesn’t include an illuminating light for the plate what solutions would you recommend?
It does not offer license plate illumination. https://www.quadratec.com/products/13107_4102.htm are a good way to get license plate light when other brackets are not suitable.

I looked at the instructions and no where does it say that there is a license plate light... yet in the description above it does mention. No license plate light is illegal.
You reuse your factory brake light with part no.3 "brake light bracket" to attach to the tailgate. Perfectly legal with the supplied parts.
