Quadratec 3.5" Coil Spring Suspension Lift Kit with FOX IFP Mono-Tube Shocks Reviews
Haven't tested it much but it looks great! rides softer than stock but I have noticed its a little bouncier. maybe that is due to it being a short arm lift kit.
This lift is good quality, I installed myself took me 8 hours by myself. Overall happy with lift wish the installation instructions where better. Ride quality is slightly better than stock due to the Fox shocks.
For context- I am not a professional mechanic, I have worked on my 2002 TJ often, I watch a lot of videos and consult with professionals before during and after doing work. I would rate this as advanced work but not crazy hard. Once completed it looks great and functions really well- I would give 5 stars if that is where it stops, but... As other reviewers stated, instructions don't give you the whole answer. I did use spring compressors and can't see how not to use them- made the spring mounting very easy. Parts of the instruction seemed to gloss over what was being done- this equals frustration. Transfer case drop- instructions complete failure. I ultimately put on a cable shifter due to the minimal clearance one gets with the bolts on the bracket included in this kit- I am very happy with that decision. I took my time and completed this over about four days on different weekends- kept the stress low and allowed me to get the hardware that I needed- using some of the original rusted stuff was not what I wanted. I would recommend this kit, just realize that you need to research procedures to get it done.
