Go Rhino RB20 Running Boards Reviews
Looks good, like the clean look and wide and sturdy step. Make sure you read the instructions and make sure you have all bolts (they are slightly different than what’s pictured in the instructions). Remember two washers got on either side of the pinch weld bolts for the brackets.
Excellent steps. I had these on my last two Ram trucks so it was an easy decision to put them on my Gladiator. The box they arrived in was pretty much destroyed but our FedEx guy is awesome and he and I made sure all parts were recovered from his truck and accounted for before he left. No damage to the steps thanks to box in a box shipping. The steps came with four brackets per side and installation was straight forward. The steps match the body lines and fenders perfect. They are wide at the front to match the front fenders and narrower at the rear to match rear fenders. When the outside corner of the front of the step is aligned with the outside edge of the front fender the back corner lines up exactly in the the same way with the rear fender for a precision fit with fenders and body line. Overall it took me about two hours to install in my garage taking my time. I have read a lot of reviews and watched some online installations about some people complaining about fit or steps not fitting correctly and the one thing I found in common with all of those types of reviews was operator error where they installed brackets backwards, switched sides between brackets and even installed the steps backwards with the wide end towards the rear. If you read the directions, take your time, look at the pictures provided, use the right tools your installation will be trouble free. I recommend these to anyone who is looking for a strong, durable good looking step for their Jeep or truck.
Nice looking running boards. Fairly easy to install but instructions not great. The reviews left by others helped a lot. For example the brackets aren’t all the same size so just match up to the spot you’re installing. Also, the rhino label goes towards the back so the width matches the fenders. Also if you have the stock Rails you’ll have to remove those first. Otherwise great product.
