Low quality knock off. Plastic bends as you step on it. The stock Mopar side bars have much better plastic and attach with hard plastic to the sills. These have thinly coated metal hardware, which comes scratched from the package and rust the first week. The nuts washers bend as they are tightened to the sill. If these fade in the sun in the first year, then they are definitely not worth even at 1/2 the price of the Mopar equivalent.
