Go Rhino 4000 Series 3" Round Tube Steps for 18-24 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited

Great quality and very easy to install. I was amazed at how strong and sturdy they are But...As just about every review I've read everywhere on these, the instructions don't give any direction on how to determine the front from the rear bracket. Thankful for some reviews telling us how to tell the difference without going through a lot of trial and error. Come on Rhino, how hard would it be to put a front/rear sticker on the brackets?

Absolutely love these! Installation was a breeze with the exception it's really hard to tell which brackets are for the front or rear. Line them up next to each other and you'll see the slightly smaller ones are for the rear. Everything fit, not a single issue or hole drilled. Once tightened up there's no wiggle or play. Way more than happy with my choice!

Rails showed up in a timely manor, prior to my new 2022 Jeep JLUS custom order arriving at the dealership.
I decided ahead of time to open the package up in advance and account for all of the hardware (and boy am I glad I did).
The nearly identical (and not clearly marked) front & rear brackets come bubble wrapped with the other hardware.
It was clearly opened with a razor before I had gotten to it, and so were the hardware bags inside.
I then opened the parts list and was missing four BLACK 5/16x1" hex bolts, six BLACK 5/16" lock washers, and six BLACK 5/16" flat washers.
I went strait to Go Rhino's website to get their customer service number.
On they phone, they required I send an email to their warranty department with the subject "1st request", no response and website suggested I follow up on my own email with "2nd request".
Both emails unacknowledged, I called Quadratec, and soon got a replacement set of GRAY hardware (to go on my brand new $50K vehicle).
Calling Quadratec again, Go Rhino sent another package of hardware, this time a mixed bag of parts, none of which go to this order.
Called Quadratec a 3rd time and they placed an order for an entirely new set of rails, and asked that I then return the entire giant package after removing the handful of bolts and washers I needed to do the initial installation correctly.
I just called a 4th time because now the entire package is on backorder, and I can't get my 4 BLACK bolts nor dozen washers...
Crazy that this is an issue.
I'd return the entire order if the other thousand dollars in items weren't already installed.
Less than $10 in hardware just soiled a long time customer and I will NEVER Go Rhine again either.
