EVO Manufacturing Long Arm Compatible ProTek Skid Plate System Reviews
My 2015 automatic JKU and I spend a whole day wrestling with this kit. First off, inside the boxes it tells you to go to their website to download the installation instructions. Go to the website: NONE of the parts numbers are listed. So I clicked every single item that was close in numerical sequence and found something. All of their instructions are clear as mud. They don’t tell you socket and wrench sizes, the few pictures they have are small and of poor resolution and aren’t even of the parts you are installing. They send hardware. I got fine thread bolts and coarse thread nuts. I was so frustrated I almost gave up. Conquering the project took throwing their “instructions” away and puzzling my way through it. They oil pan cover was engineered and fabricated by a team of high school vo-tech students. Make sure you have a 10mm open ended wrench and your entire morning to run those bolts in!! I won’t buy anything else from EVO rest assured.
