Stop riding around on worn out shocks and an outdated suspension system in your TJ Wrangler by installing the Zone Offroad Products 4” Lift Kit. Designed for your older model Jeep, the kit features what you need to get off-road with added performance and handling. Not only is the ride more comfortable, but the off-road capabilities of your Jeep increase ten-fold. Without good shocks, the ride is bumpy, bouncy, uncomfortable and can cause problems for other parts of the vehicle. The heavy-duty lower control arms provide added handling precision to tackle the toughest off-road challenges but still handle the pavement with ease. Designed for easy installation, the kit comes with what you need to get the job done and ready to hit the trail. Four inches gives you tons of clearance for 33” tires for twists and turns on and off the road.
Many states have laws that limit the maximum height of a lifted vehicle. Never exceed the legal height limit.
Customized Kits: Select the right year and model for the correct lift kit for your Jeep. Some years have slightly different transfer case drop hardware. The right hardware makes installing easier and ensures the longevity of the lift kit.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Whatever warranty you had on your current shocks is probably long gone. Installing a new lift kit with shocks not only gives you a limited lifetime warranty but ensures that you get the most out of your Jeep TJ.
Vehicle Protection: Driving off-road comes with its own perils to your Jeep. Reduce the risk of damage with the included 2” bump stop. These allow for greater wheel travel while providing protection.
Better Handling: Old, worn out shocks do nothing for you, your passengers or your Jeep. Give your Jeep the handling and performance it needs to safely maneuver around obstacles both on the trail and off. Four inches of lift certainly doesn’t hurt when tackling ravines or rugged trails.

Zone Offroad Products 4" Lift Kit Reviews
Very complete kit for the money and made in the USA.
I ordered the Zone 4 inch lift after weeks of searching and reading reviews. I'm extremely happy with my decision. The kit came with everything I needed. Took me about 2 full days to remove my old junk and install. I'm just a backyard mechanic and I had no issues installing it. The packaging was great and everything was already sorted and labeled so I wasn't digging through a huge bag of bolts. The quality of the springs and control arms are better then what I expected. After everything was tightened up I took it for a ride and it rides better than stock. I had to do the tcase drop until I can do the sye, and also installed the rear upper align cam bolt plates which helped with most vibes, but not all (but I do have a bad ujoint so that may be the issue). I netted over 4 inches and I also installed a 1 1/4" bl so now my 33s look tiny. I did order an adjustable front track bar from a different place which I recommend rather then drilling the hole and relocating the stock one. . All in all I am really happy I went with this lift. Rides and performs great and I get a lot of compliments.
Great kit! Took me about 4 days to do mine but it was completely because my Jeep wouldn’t give up some of its original hardware.
Only problem:
1 I installed the 1” t-case drop and still had driveline vibrations. Bad enough to not be able to drive. In order to fix this I also had to install adjustable upper control arms, front and rear, and a SYE. I had a hunch going in that this would be required. So I would recommend that you purchase those items when you do this lift. Along those same lines be wear of the t-case linkage lowering part. Again my trouble was with my Jeep and not the zone kit. But if you end up getting the adjustable uppers and a SYE you don’t need to install the 1” lowering kit.
2 there are cam plates for the rear lower control arms. They were a pain in the ass to make work. I ended up not using them. I just ordered the adjustable upper control arms. That was really my only problem with the kit
3 not really a problem just something I found funny is that you end up using a mix or hardware that zone provides and using some of the original hardware. Not sure how zone decided what got new and what got old. But I would of been fine paying more to get all new hardware.
Great kit! If I ever had to lift a Jeep again I would 100% go with zone! Looks great and rides amazing. I have already recommended it to a few people!
