Purchased the mirrorless front doors for my JT Gladiator. The passenger's side door is great but the driver's side door is loose and rattles really bad. No adjustment of the mechanism is able to correct the rattle. I believe the rubber stopper at the bottom of the door is too short and its design is not adjustable. I opened a ticket through Rugged Ridge support on May 24. I have received no response to it since (currently 6/29). I've also had zero luck getting to a person who can help when I call Rugged Ridge. Bottom line: I would say these doors are a gamble. If you get a couple of good ones then you are a winner and will be happy. If you are like me and get a bad one, you will be very disappointed. Either way, what you get is probably what you'll have to live with given the disinterest in Rugged Ridge in responding to support requests.

Nice doors, mirror broke off within a few weeks...screws falling out of latch assembly after little use....

Looks good, but after about a week on the jeep the door latch has loosened on all doors and finally the driver door will not open. Quadratec has been great! they sent me out a replacement door. Installed and about a week later same thing is happening. This time the latch mechanism is different on the two front doors. Passenger door is much better. Called Quadratec and this time they did not have another door to send so they had to have Rugged Ridge warranty department call me to assist. It has been three weeks and no response.
