Reviews for Diver Down Front and Rear Neoprene Seat Covers for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ
Lots of fitment issues on my '99 Sahara... Really expected better quality than this. The front seats don't fit flush from about waist up. The material "pops out" from the seat. Thought these were form fitted...
Top of the seats also leaves a lot of slack/play. The straps that run under the seat to keep them tight are located in less than idea spots. One strap already got caught on the passenger side when I lifted the seat up and slide it forward. Speaking of, the hole for the pull strap refuses to stay lined up on either front seat. And on the back of the factory Sahara seats, there's a pouch for storing things. These covers have a pouch but, no flap to fold over like OEM, to keep things from getting in. Already have debris in mine from a trail with a lot of branches...
Stitching is also misaligned on all covers. It starts off level on some but, whoever was running the sowing machine that day must've had a few drinks... Lastly, the rear seat, bottom cover has no holes for the alignment pins! Had to cut my own holes with a razor blade... Very unimpressed with these overall.
Looked great at beginning. 6 months later and the red is light pink, color will not hold up.
Fit well and looked good in the beginning but with very little time in the sun what was once red is now pink.
I ordered the yellow and when they came in, I thought the yellow already looked spotted with dirt. The yellow did show every bit of dirt and did not wash well so I would recommend not getting this color. They black also faded quickly. So I would be concerned buying all black. Pretty disappointed.
Once again, you get what you pay for!
I don't take my soft top off and these faded within the first month right through my tinted windows. I've since changed accent colors but unfortunately these did not fade enough to consider them orange, more like PINK! Liquid does penetrate them.
Ordered 4/14/22, today 7/26/22 noticed the “red” is faded to pink on passenger side seat and top of backseat all the way across. Jeep is kept inside out of weather and sunlight. I drive evenings and on weekends when not working. Over all quality is great but very disappointed with price and length of time I’ve had before fading!
Fits great, but these faded MUCH faster than the last ones I had. Different brand, I think, but went on exactly the same way. They're just over 6 mos old, and already look like absolute garbage. Save your $$ for better quality.
Love the look but strap on passenger seat broke while installing
On the plus side they are comfortable and don't make you sweat. On the down side they stain easily and soak in some moisture.
The cover itself is well worth the money as far as the design and fit, but after only a few months in the sun, the seats fade significantly. If your not concerned with the look being maintained but want dry seats without replacing the seats, these are a good option.
