Phone bounces out of cradle. The little rubber pieces that hold your phone in have ripped. Contacted Quadratech and the sent me a new one, but I am sure it will rip too. Need to be more durable and put a piece on the bottom to hold the phone in more securely. Other than that, I love the convenience of having the phone in front of me to use my GPS

Would like it to locate the phone lower. Blocks much of your view while driving.

Great to have the extra space to put stuff but the 'rubber claws' for the mobile phone holder only lasted 2 months before they began to crack and by the 3rd month of use they'd completely broken off leaving with a phone holder that cannot hold my phone.

Easy install and the tray is great. The phone holder however is junk! Always spits my phone out at me after a few minutes.

The tray is great, the phone holder is worthless as it wouldn't hold amy phone in rough terrain.

Is not a custom fit as advertised. There is a small gap at the bottom of tray once installed. The color is also a little off. And my phone is always falling out and that's just road driving. I would never trust this with holding a gps or my phone while off roading:( I expected something much better and custom for the price!!!

The rubber "ears" broke/fell off after about a month.

I love the dash mount. Unfortunately phone holder is useless which makes the entire product useless.

The phone holder does not keep your phone from flying out of the holder when you hit a bump. Why they don't add this connector to their Universal phone mount is beyond me. The Universal mount that attached to the dash bar holds the phone on four sides.

The right bracket of the holder is made of rubber an breaks off.

One side of the phone holder is solid the other side is rubber, so naturally the rubber broke after 2 weeks of use.

Product did not include all the necessary components. No screws, no adhesive tape. Swivel lock does not fit at a 90degree angel at all. It would cost more to return. I will try it for a week or so. But I'm not optimistic. Not worth the investment.
