Reviews for Rugged Ridge 13551.19 Dash Multi-Mount System with Phone Holder for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ & Unlimited
This dash mount is really useful and looks almost as if the truck came with stock with it. Only thing I don’t like is that the phone Holder doesn’t twist as far as I want it but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would buy this dash kit all over again if I had to but it’s built pretty solid so It should hold up for a long time.
Pros: Seems Solid, Easy to Install, Great Additional "Storage Space".
Cons: Color Did Not Exactly Match (lighter), With Phone Attached It Will "Block" a Considerable Amount of the View Out of the Windscreen with the Mirror Above It.
The color matches the interior of my LJ but the fit is not the best. I did not install the screws so this could be the fitment issue. It seems to hold my phone fairly well.
It's hand and keeps the phone in reach, but the lock nut is hard to tighten due to the small size and location,.
This little item filled a hole in my soul that I'd been suffering with, in attempting to find a tech holder for my cell/gps/whatnot that wouldn't constantly come loose or fall off entirely. I used a little extra 3M adhesive underneath, and it seems to be stuck solid. Not much range of motion on the tech holder, but it does what it is designed to.
Great piece of kit for my 2004 TJ Sport. It fit pretty well but it wasn't super snug like I wanted. I removed the center console and put bolts through it instead of the screws I wanted to make sure it was solid.
Very handy for holding phone.
Would buy again.
I like it. Some small issues. Had to get a warrant on the clamp part. Could secure the phone better.
Dash mount product holder is nice. The phone holder is absolutely useless.
I really like the deeper tray and the phone mount may work for certain phones or cameras but one of the side tabs already tore after 3 days. My phone popped out twice yesterday while just driving on tore up paved roads. Not safe when I have the doors off for sure. I do have a larger phone though Galaxy S9+ in a slimmer Otterbox case.
