Worked great for a while

I like multi mount dash but the cell phone holder is junk with a large phone. Broke the tension ring on the back of the cellphone holder trying to slide my phone in place one handed because it fell out while driving.

The pivot for the phone does not rotate enough for my liking. Unable to rotate far enough for facial recognition. The rest of the mount is very utilized. Easy to install.

It repeatedly drops my Garmin GPS. The GPS has a flat back so I guess some velco will fix the problem. Probably would work better on slim cell phones, but not what I bought it for.

Adjustable but tends to always want to face the passenger. Was easy enough to install. Every once in a great while it drops my phone. All is good unless the screen breaks.

The tray is great. If that was all, I would give it 5-stars. But the phone holder is not very good and the phone (iPhone X) keeps popping out...which can be a bit of a scare when this happens with doors off on rough terrain, because the phone will quickly disconnect from the charging cord and go flying.

So I am look for a way to improve the phone holder, but I have noticed that if I have my phone in a rubberized case, it rarely pops loose...

Tray is nice. Phone kept popping out of the mount. I found a Ram ball mount phone holder with the same thread as the mounting post and use that now. It holds the phone very secure on the roughest trails.

Use this for the tray part only because the phone kept popping out of the holder. Probably works better for smaller phones.

Works fairly well until you hit a major pot hole. I even put Velcro on back and adjoining surface to strengthen bond, but phone still goes airborne after a mile or two.

The tray is excellent. The phone holder is a bit flimsy. I am concerned it will eventually break. The manufacturer would do well to add a reinforcement brace to the "L" section of the phone holder.
