Made for my vehicle and was the size / capability for my needs.

4.75 actually. product is just as advertised. I bought it because of its welded frame and not bolted. Only issue is the hole drilled for the Receiver pin is not square in relation to the long axis of the tubing. Hence a lot of work with a file. A LOT of file work. I know the proper drill bit size would have been easier but did not have one where I was. My factory installed receiver is well use by many other hitches with out difficulty.

It's exactly what I was looking for to move fuel jugs, chainsaws and anything else that I don't want inside my Jeep.

Got the rack assembled, super easy! I'll save you all some time if you have an oversize spare. Assemble the rack with the hitch receiver upside down. This gives you more clearance to open your tailgate when the rack is on your jeep. I have a 35 inch spare & have about an inch and a half of clearance to open the gate.

Easier way to load deer when hunting
