Very disappointed. My iPhone 10 has otterbox case. It fit but the rubber ends tore off and now pops phone out, shooting the phone across the jeep. Needs update.

I have Otter box on my Moto. Very first time I tried to us it the rubber grippers tore off. Great idea but needs adjusted. :(

2nd in 2 years, only a few weeks old, and the rubber tab broke again, same as the 1st one. Other than that I like the product, but it is a bad design. The rubber covered tabs should be much more durable.

From the recent reviews I can see the issues with this product have not been resolved. The first the rubber gripper for the phone broke. I contacted the Mfg and received a second rubber gripper. Again broke. I tried hot glue which did not hold and then super glue. I cannot recommend this product.

Horible quality I am on my second one and I refuse to buy a third. Dont bother buying this or the complete set.

Does not hold phone tight. Phone falls out easly

The extension pieces that hold the sides of the phone are so short and the spring to holds them taut against the phone is so tight, that when I hit a bump, the phone pops out of the holder and flies across the Jeep. I tried taking the case off the phone, e mven though it is a slim plastic case, and it still happens. I opened up the holder to reduce the tension on the spring, and it still happens.
I took it off the connector and went back to using my windshield suction cup that uses a magnet to hold the phone and no longer use the dangerous attachment. If the arms that hold the phone were longer, I think it would work. Very poorly designed and unusable.

Oh this breaks the rube don't last long ...
