I know that with time all things will break so I bought this as a spare to the one that came with the kit.

Great idea, works great, and holds the phone well. The only downside is that the rubber grips that hold the depth of the phone bend and rip off after about 6 months. I've gone through 4 of these heads.

Snapped in about 2 weeks of using. Great idea bad craftsmanship.

Love the design but be prepared to buy many more gripper arms/sliders. One lasted a few years, the replacement lasted just a few weeks before the gripper split and broke. On my third one and very disappointed. The grips should be “rubberized” metal. Why do we need to tell the company how to design a product? C’mon guys—planned obsolescence?!?!?! 5 star design and 1 star for quality.

Gone through two of these and the rubber 'arms' have snapped off on both of them. FInally, 3D printed new gripper arms to hold my phone securely while it's still in it's case.

The product needs to be redesigned to accommodate phones in cases!
