I love this winch! Strong, fast, smooth, pretty quiet and the remote is very responsive with no delay!

Seems to be working great. However I wish I could change out the giant hook with the synthetic line

Good price and quality, no issues. Doesn't come put together like a Warn, but for the price of a Warn I don't mind. Setup was easy and instructions were good; took about 30 minutes to install. Solid winch.

Bought this to replace my XRC 12,500-lb Smittybilt steel cable winch.

The good - relatively low price for a respected brand and having the brake outside the drum is ideal for synthetic rope.

The bad - I unspliced the end so I could replace the factory hook with a Factor 55 Splicer. Glad I did because the rope only had about 7 inches of bury as opposed to the 20-27 inches recommended for synthetic rope. It is not acceptable that the company would compromise safety by using an inferior bury length.

Everything works great and love the wireless option. Remote feels sturdy and well built. I was disappointed the winch didn't come pre-spooled. I've purchased far cheaper winches in the past that all came spooled.
