Great addition for securing items safely and out of sight. Install was fairly easy. I’ve had this for a year and it started to bind up but a little lubricant on the rails resolved issue.

Installed well and works fine

I’m giving it 5 stars because the storage is good and secure. However, the box does rattle over bumps. I put some electrical tape around the latch and it seems to help somewhat, but still does rattle as others have stated.

This box uses the EXACT same thickness steel and is dimensionally the same as the "other" brand that actually does cost twice as much.

Getting the seat bolts loosened on my 2010 Wrangler Sport was a challenge UNTIL I sprayed them with WD40 and let that sit for an afternoon; then they came off pretty easy. I would recommend spraying the seat bolts with WD40 or something comparable and just letting it sit for a few hours- you'll save time and there won't be any cuss words trying to loosen the bolts.

Very happy with this box; my dirty Jeep girlfriend installed the tool box foam (Amazon...), cutting it out for my Glock G30.

Highly recommend this box.
