Perfect fit. Definitely buy two gas tank straps- you will want to replace them when you drop the skid plate/tank. There are some great how to videos on YouTube with detailed instructions on how to do this project

As alot of others are saying, exact match/fit to OEM. Easy to install, and I too suggest getting new straps and nuts. One thing I would suggest is to have the manufacturer punch the drain holes from the inside of the skid plate. I had to chamfer the holes and re-paint, so the fluids would drain out better. Very happy with all of it.
