Package came quickly and was easy to install. The pictures work fine, the video on the website kind of blows through the wiring installation but it's relatively simple.

Quadretec hitch took about 25 mins to install. Wiring took longer just because I wanted to tuck wires away only one time. The illustrations in the directions were clear and helped the user understand "where" wires needed to be routed. Wiring took a little over an hour.
