Looks nice and we can use for vacation

I am so happy with this purchase! We just drove 1600 miles with this carrier and it worked out so well. Didn’t use the bag that came with it, went w/ a very large rolling plastic container that held all our gear bc we a bit far from our cabin. Then strapped it down w/ bungee cords. Also had a folding dog kennel in the back of the carrier. The price on this carrier is amazing for the quality. Do yourself a favor and get it! Highly recommend it!

I was super impressed with this from all angles. The lightweight cargo holder holds a lot of weight, and the bar that goes into the receiver is solid steel. Easily set up and taken out by one person (strong female). My nephew cautioned me that many of these are noisy while driving, and there seemed to be some play in the bar. Still, while there was a little play once inserted and the lynch pin was in, there was NO space at the entrance point, despite my efforts with a friend to shim the entry point to prevent noise (long, sometimes bumpy trip). So off I went and there was NO sound at all. I shopped around and this was a bigger size than many, and I am thrilled I chose this. I have a Wrangler Sport 17, BTW.

I have a 2014 JK and the cargo rack works great! I have a 35" spare and the tailgate opens just clearing the top edge of the rack. The bag does only zip on 2 sides but the access is fine. I would highly recommend based on the prices I've seen for other brands.
