Reviews for BOLT 7032303 Hood Lock for 18-22 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT

I love the lock, have had two of them on separate jeeps. The instructions were not clear specifically regarding the black clips and that it is not the same size as the one taken out. Also, the screen pattern of the replacement does not match the other two panels. Are there replacement panels for the other two sides?

Lock is great, but 2 big problems 1/4 bolts required buying a tool, and the provided grill insert doesn't fit at all

I was surprised to see the grille insert does not match my Gladiator. The holes are a lot smaller, maybe it matches the Wrangler? I had to cut my insert and use it so it matches. Pretty disappointed. The lock itself is great, but if I had known the insert was not the same I probably would not have bought it.

Iitem is on backorder. The original advertisement stated this item works on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport S, but the Heading above states https://www.quadratec.com/p/bolt/hood-lock-wrangler-jl-7032303 it only goes to 2022. Not sure which to believe at this time. I'm at the point to cancel my order since no clue when it will be back in stock and not sure if this item will actually work on my Jeep.
