looking at Quadratec QRC Front Winch Ready Bumper for 18-22 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT. i have a 2018 JL. i see on your picture it has two male bolts on either side and 2 holes. on my OEM bumber it has 4 bolts on each side. do i need to buy an additional bolt or is 2 on each side good? also, my state requires a front license plate. in addition to the StoNSho Removable Quick Release Front License Plate Bracket for Bumpers with a Roller or Hawse Fairleads. would i also need to buy Factor 55 00019 Hawse Fairlead 1.5?
No added bolts are required. Sto N Show license plate mounts have not been specifically tested, but hawse style mounts and D-ring attachment license plate mounts are also offered if the StoNSho is not just right. Thanks for your questions.
I have a 2021 80th Anniversary JLU, what LED fog lights will work with this bumper and is any additional wiring needed?

No, sorry, the M-8274 is too large to fit in the winch recess area of the QRC bumper. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does this bumper work with a 2019 MOAB?
Yes, but your original fog lights are not a direct fit. Any OE fogs from plastic bumper groups either halogen or LED, will fit in the QRC. Our fog light upgrade is a direct fit. Here is a link to those. Quadratec LED Fogs
Can you use tow bar with this bumper? If you can’t why not? Thanks.
It is not rated for flat tow applications. D-ring shackle mounting tabs are rated for recovery points only. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) require that front flat tow points be mounted directly to the frame and not the frame horns which our bumper utilizes as an attachment point.
