No, you would not experience any rubbing with those wheels and tires.
So just to be clear, I have a 2019 JLU 2L no-lift. I want to put 35x12.50R17 tires on my JLU without doing the lift. These flares will allow me to do that?

All Mopar Fender Flares are the same width approx 9". They do have a 2" higher clearance though

No, a 12.5" tire would stick out past the flare about 3/4"
What color do the paintable fenders come in?
They are a smooth black.

No, you will have to get the dealership to flash the computer.
I have a 2020 JL Rubicon 2 door. Are the same as the OEM ones from the factory?

No, these kits are only sold with the lighting installed.

Yes this surface is smooth and would accept a wrap.
