Do the flares and liners come already attached together?
No, they are separate when shipped and must be assembled. Rivets are included.
If I get these paintable primer fenders will I have to go somewhere to get them painted or do they come with the oe matched color already?
You will to locate an authorized paint shop and have them finished.
Are these only for the front fenders? What about rear fenders? Don't they need to be replaced to allow for 35"?
This includes all 4 fender flares and liners.
Do you know If the 2021 Willys Fenders / bumpers are the same width as the Rubicon. I know it’s built off the sport S platform originally. I am wanting to go the the Rubicon high lines, and I guess I need to know whether or not I need to plan on changing bumpers as well. Thanks.
They are not the same, if you intended to use the closeout panel on the OE bumper it will not align with these flares. The closeouts can be removed, but there is no option to replace them with panels that meet with the new flares.
I have a 2020 rubicon and I only need to replace the trim piece on my painted fender flare passenger side. Can I buy the trim piece and if so I need the tool for this installation?

Can you confirm that the Mopar High Top Fender Flares (82215743AC) with LED DRL will fit as a direct drop in replacement for a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-Door Sport(JL) that has sport fender flares with Halogen lights? Is there a different part number for 4 door? Will LED turn signal and DRL work if currently have halogen?
You will need to have the computer flashed to properly operate the LED signals if your vehicle is halogen from the factory.
If I am changing them from a factory halogen light Fender to an LED do I need any special wiring or does everything plugin play
The plugs are the same, you will only need to flash the computer.
With the paintable fender flares for a Sahara JLU, does the outer trim along the bottom edge removable from the flare for easy painting or does someone have to meticulously paint along the black edge?
There are a series of clips under the flares that can be carefully released to allow the paintable surface to separate.
