Hello, is Flare Clip - Mopar (68395634AA) included in the shipment?
Yes, the attachment clips are included, they are not shown in the parts layout, they are pre-installed on the fender flares at the factory. They are set up for a relatively easy installation.
Can I just buy the front ones?
No, unfortunately the front set are not sold separately.
Is there any difference between the diesel and gas models? The fenders should fit the same correct?
There may be some conflict with the front liners on the diesel application, as there is more to the battery tray than the gas version. This has been an issue with other brands, but Jeep does not list it as a conflict

Yes, they are.
Will does fit 2 doors and 4 doors
yes, these will fit both 2 and 4 door Wrangler
will the fender come with all the lights? or that is sold separately
The lights are included and pre-installed prior to shipping.
Will these fenders install without the supplied fender liners if I already have aftermarket steel liners installed?
Yes, you can leave the liners off, but not sure if a gap will be present with the aftermarket liners.
If I currently have Halogen will these LED light work by simply plugging in

Will these fit a jlu with the ecodiesel? I saw one comment about fuel doors. Thanks
Yes, these will fit the diesel engine Wrangler
