Almost 1 year to the day of purchase, the set screws broke while shifting now the shaft rotates while shifting. Disappointed to say the least considering the price.

Have had this on my 2016 JK Rubicon for approx 2 years along with the B&M NSG370 Precision Shifter. Love the feel and function of both and they are a huge improvement over stock feel and function.
The problem is the shift stick uses a pair of unique shoulder bolts to hold it to the base. Those have sheared off completely TWICE now. Each time it lasted about a year. When they shear off the shifter just spins and makes it difficult to even drive. First time I had to scour the internet for the correct screws to fix it. Luckily I kept the stock stick so I could use it while it fixed this B&M one. I've had to switch back to the stock one because they have sheared off again and I'm not sure I want to go through this again. Definitely seems to be a design problem.
