Solid hitch and easy install. Only issue was for some reason one of the center welded nuts was extremely difficult to tighten the bolt. Don't think this was by design based on the videos I've seen of people installing it, but a minor issue that I was able to deal with. Using it for the first time on an upcoming vacation with a Quadratec cargo rack so we will see how it goes!

Took more time to unwrap than to install no really installation took 10 mins a 18mm socket and a 18mm wrench.

Just received this today for my new 2020 JL Sport S. It took me longer to get it out of the plastic bag and read the instructions than it did to install it! No plates or brackets to remove on my 2020, just put it up in place and put the bolts in. I like that it came with a bracket to hold the 4 prong flat trailer wiring plug.

Extremely easy install, about 1/2 hour. Very strong and works well.
