Can this be attached in the same location as the tire stop if I dont have a tire stop installed? Got rid of my tire stop but the thread holes are still there.
It can be installed in the same location. However, it will not be as sturdy as it's designed to rest on the factory tire stopper. You will need to make sure to use bolts that conduct electricity, such as zinc-plated.
