Replacing your factory steering shaft with something beefier and able to stand up to the stress of lift kits and larger tires is not only a good idea, but can be a safety issue as well. Factory steering shafts just do not stand up to the increased pressure of components like suspension lifts and bigger tires and can fail over time. Borgeson Heavy Duty Replacement Lower Steering Shafts are designed to hook up to the factory steering box and either the factory or Borgeson upper shafts in order to provide tighter and more responsive steering. This Borgeson Heavy Duty Lower Steering Shaft is designed for 03-06 Wrangler TJ vehicles. Installs easily with simple hand tools.

Precision Fitment: This Borgeson Replacement Steering Shaft is specially designed to replace the factory lower steering shaft on 03-06 vehicles which have been lifted, along with fitment of larger tires and wheels. The overall length is 29 1/8 inches
