Installed this and upper Borgeson on my '05 TJ. You will not believe the build quality on this shaft especially compared to stock. It is SO much stronger and well built. Totally worth the extra $$. Now I am on a quest to upgrade the rest of my steering to stuff as heavy duty so I don't have to worry about it again for a long time.

Took forever to install because the splines were jacked up and had to dremel some out and use a jewelers file for the rest then on the non splined side i had to dremel some material off because it was wider then the borgensen upper i had previously installed by a noticable amount and wouldnt fit at all. The material this is made of is great but wasn't worth the headache to me especially with the fact it doesn't include a new bearing but maybe i was just extremely unlucky and after cutting the old one out i had to make something work.
