This kit includes everything you need to completely overhaul the body mounts with new rubber two-piece bushings like the original and one-piece zinc-plated steel sleeves and washers that will last another generation. Location specific bolts are included to make installation day a breeze and grille support hardware is included in this kit as well.

Are these grade 8 bolts?

Are these 7/16" bolts? I have ordered body mounts in the past that "fit jeep yj (87-95)" and came with 1/2" bolts that did not fit.
This kit has the according 3 of the 7/16" for the grille and rear body mounts and 8 of the 1/2" bolts used for the left and right middle mounts

Does this kit come with instructions on what goes where?
Unfortunately no, it will not include instructions. As a direct replacement, instruction is found in factory service manuals.
