I did my front and rear at the same time. The hardest part was finding all the sockets for the flange nuts. 1 5/16” rear diff, 1 1/4” transfer case, and 1 1/8” front diff. Took about 2 1/2 hours to do both. Hint, connect at the transfer case first with it in neutral, then connect at the differentials. The Jeep feels smoother now.

Fixed vibration from the drive train AA++
After 3 months had to repaint due to surface rust already.. Only bad thing I can find

Will this fit a jku Rubicon with 6sp manual and a Rubicon Express 3.5" sport lift?
Yes it will. Tom Woods shafts are good for 2"-6" lifts
