Do I need 30 spine hubs for these?
No, the 30 splines is referring to the inner splines at the differential, the outer splines are still 27 to accept the original hubs or replacement hubs for your vehicle, you will need a 30 spline locker though.

This uses 5-760X U-Joint.

The 30 spline is generally 35-40% stronger then the 27 spline.
