Perfect for the my young children to ride in the back of the Jeep. Although the vinyl is easy to clean up it most cases, the kids proved they can make anything dirty and it will stay that way.

the install instructions say jeeps 97-02 your description says 97-06 - I have an 04TJ, are you sure this will fit ?
It will still fit 03-06 TJ models and LJ as well. It is common for companies to not revise the year ranges on product instructions in some cases like this part. Sorry for any confusion.

When the seat is installed, how many inches of space is there between the carpet floor and the bottom of the seat? I am considering mounting a subwoofer under the seat if there is enough space.
There is only approximately 2.5-3" or clearance, so unfortunately I would not expect it to be a good location for the types of subwoofers that are is the market. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your inquiry.
